Dog owners sue Petco for alleged cutting of dog's body parts

A woman has initiated a lawsuit against Petco saying a piece of her dog's ear had been cut off during grooming and no one at the store told her.

Also, she alleges the store tried to glue the portion of the ear back on her pet.
